From the early days setting up a loyalty scheme for Do It All, to building lasting relationships with brands like Virgin, British Gas, Gillette and Blockbuster, Andrew has been the driving force behind Armadillo's reputation for delivering tangible results for its blue-chip client base.

Co-founder of Armadillo with MD Andrew Warne, Karl brings nearly 25 years agency experience to bear in steering our creative teams. With a track record that covers 2D and 3D design, CRM and digital, Karl has solved creative problems for clients as diverse as Milupa and Vodafone, including a Clio-award winning packaging project for House of Fraser.

After beginning his career client-side in retail marketing, James joined Armadillo in 1999 to help service the agency’s growing direct marketing client base. Now a board director and head of client management, James has spearheaded the drive to build Armadillo’s reputation for combining creativity with hard-nosed commercial insight, to deliver success for brands like Disney and McDonald’s.
